Terms of Service

1. Registration and eligibility

Creating an account is free and does not itself create a charge. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you register for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them. Information supplied during registration and purchasing must be accurate and kept current. The contact and business details required for fulfillment may be shared with ResellerClub to create and maintain the provider customer record.

2. Service and third-party providers

AOTOZ provides the storefront, management dashboard, billing integration and support coordination. Domain and Business Email products may be fulfilled by ResellerClub, registries and other identified providers. Stripe processes card payments; AOTOZ does not receive your full card number. Provider availability, maintenance and technical limits may affect the service.

Your use is also governed by the applicable ResellerClub agreements.

3. Connected Google accounts

You may optionally authorize AOTOZ Mail to access a Google account using read-only Gmail permission. You must own or be authorized to use the connected account. The connection is used only to retrieve and display mailbox content through AOTOZ Mail and does not authorize sending, changing, moving, or deleting Gmail messages.

Google services remain governed by Google's terms and policies. You can revoke AOTOZ Mail's access through your Google Account or disconnect it from AOTOZ Mail. Features may stop working if permission is revoked, a token expires, Google changes its APIs, or Google restricts the integration.

4. Prices, subscriptions and renewals

The checkout displays the plan, mailbox quantity, billing interval, price, currency, discounts and applicable taxes before payment. A recurring plan renews automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. Prices may change for a future renewal; material changes will be communicated where required. Failed payment may result in restricted or suspended service.

5. Domains

A domain search is not a guarantee of registration. Registration is completed only after successful payment and confirmation by the registry. You must provide valid registrant details, follow registry and ICANN rules, and renew before expiry. Domain names, renewals and transfers can be subject to registry-specific conditions and non-refundable fees.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, infringement, attempts to bypass security, excessive automated sending, or any activity that harms users, providers or networks. We or a provider may investigate, restrict or suspend service to protect users, comply with law, address abuse or enforce these terms.

7. Your account and data

You are responsible for protecting passwords, recovery methods, domains, connected Google accounts, and authorized users. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You retain responsibility for your email and business content. Service data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable provider policies.

8. Cancellation, warranty and liability

Cancellation and refund eligibility are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Services are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, AOTOZ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms for legal, security, provider or product changes and will post a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law. You may stop using the service; we may terminate or suspend it for breach, non-payment, abuse, legal requirements or discontinued provider service.
