Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how recurring plans can be cancelled and when a payment may be eligible for a refund.

1. Review before payment

Registration itself does not create a charge. Before checkout, review the product, mailbox quantity, monthly or yearly interval, currency, discount, taxes, domain spelling and renewal terms. Completing Stripe checkout authorizes the displayed charge and recurring renewals where applicable.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You may request cancellation through your account or by contacting us. Unless the interface states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and service continues through the already-paid billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period. Export important data before service ends.

3. Refund eligibility

Contact us promptly if you were charged twice, charged after an effective cancellation, or did not receive a service because provisioning failed. We will investigate and refund an eligible amount to the original payment method. Change-of-mind purchases, partially used periods, consumed mailbox service, taxes already remitted, and provider or registry fees are generally not refundable except where required by law.

4. Domains

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, redemption fees and premium-domain charges are normally final once submitted to the registry because the underlying provider cost is committed immediately. A misspelled domain cannot usually be renamed or refunded. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

5. Timing, disputes and provider rules

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control. Provider-specific refund restrictions may apply to fulfilled products. Before opening a payment dispute, contact us with the account email, date, amount and Stripe receipt or order reference so we can investigate.
